The room was big and comfortable.
I wish they offered a two double bed option in the suites. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.
They knew my son had seizure disorder and they put us in an easy to get in and out the door room.
The fact that my boyfriend couldnt check in the room with out the 50.00 deposit when the room was already pd in full.
Nice rooms and has a bar.
Beautiful room. Kind staff.
Very nice rooms, good hot breakfast, friendly staff, overall great hotel!
The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and did not smell stuffy.
staffs are friendly and helpful
The bed is not king size
The room was well arranged and very clean. Newer than expected.
The room we stayed in was big and would have been nice for a family or an extended stay as there was a kitchen in the room.
The room we stayed in was a handicapped room and the shower was less than inviting. The shower curtain was held together by safety pins, there was a dark mark on the carpet that was gross looking, hair on top of our bed and stains on the curtains.
Location was good
Desk attendant wasn't available for a good while when we checked in. Several parties were waiting by the time she came out
Great room with microwave and fridge. Great free breakfast. Very hotel. Outstanding staff.
Mixed bag: I was traveling with a friend. Her room was clean thru out. Kitchenette in mine was clean but the bedroom and bath did not appear to have been cleaned well in quite sometime. The bathroom sink was found with snot on it, & tub was not clean.
Slight mildew smell in bedroom, scuff marks on walls (that could be easily removed), snot stuck on bathroom sink, squeaky bedroom fan, tub not well cleaned, bathroom sink faucet loose & needed repair, desk clerk appeared inconvenienced by our arrival.
Spacious area and included all the basic needs. The location is really central with easy access to 75 and 635. The price was very reasonable.
The parking lot had a fence around it, which might make the property safer. However, I was left wondering if there was a safety issue.
It was located near where I wanted to stay.
In the dictionary, under Flea Bag Hotel you will find this hotel. My room, #122, was infested with fleas... when I complained to the front desk, I was told a manager would contact me, which none never did. I would not stay at this hotel for free.
space in the room
could have been cleaned better
it was suite kind has a kitchen and came with free breakfast it was nice and clean atmosphere.
what people cook in there room smile goes to other room. person on the counter was very unfriendly did not explain anything. room service is once a week that's not good we were paying them per day.
The pool area was lovely.
My room was adjacent to the electrical room and I heard a loud hum at night that disturbed my sleep.
Rooms are big like a little apt.
For a 3 star hotel thought it would be nicer.
I enjoyed the free breakfast and they also had a nice pool.
It is nestled in a not so great neighborhood. You can't tell from inside the hotel, but getting in - you have to drive through it. The common areas were not spotless, but were not horrible by any means.
The hotel was very quiet, I ended up sleeping very well.
No room service in the weekend, half done cleaning job when they did, lack of maintenance, for example there were shopping carts by the back doors the whole time we stayed there. I extended my stay and they made me go 3 times to the front desk for that.
Very clean and spacious room and . 2 sets of television, one in the bedroom and another in the living room..
Accessing entrance door at night is a problems. The door is locked at night and the room key wouldn't open it. You have to ring the bell for the front desk to let you in.
Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Helpful manager.
The night attendant gave some lady our room at 1:30am while we were sleeping she came in. But the manager was very apologetic and made no excuses for the mistake. He took care of us and made it right.
convenient to travelNo
The room was very nice and the breakfast was good with one of the better selections than most breakfast bars.
Although the hotel advertises a pool (which looked beautiful), it was outside and was not heated so it was totally useless for exercise. The hotel also advertised a hot tub, but it was broke for all four days we were there.
Bathtub would not drain. Called to have this taken care of and nothing occurred. Also, the front doors and the side exits are smoker havens which only leads to the smoke being blown inside every time the door opens. This is not pleasing eating breakfast and every time the door opens you get the smell of cigarettes. The east west doors are never locked so it really doesnt make me feel too secure. I really like the room and the amenities that are there I just am not to positive about putting up with the distractions that exist.
Proximity to relatives
Great price for a spacious room. Hotel was renovating.
Charged for king, given a queen; surly desk clerk; rude staff clearing breakfast as I was trying to serve myself.
The best thing about this hotel was definitely the location. It's super close to the galleria mall and right next to a cvs. That's about it.
The 1st thing we noticed upon entering the room was how old everything in the room looks and very outdated. The carpet felt old and dirty. Do not depend on the sofa bed for your kids. Do not use the sofa bed for the kids, horrible!
I appreciated the quiet environment and friendly staff. There is a delicious breakfast. The lovely landscaping around the pool is a big draw. We booked the hotel for the SMU graduation and found it was a great place to entertain the family.
I was so satisfied with this hotel while I was staying there for six days. Good location to approach, clean and comfort room, kind staffs and nice service. Especially, there was ready to cook so we could cook for my baby. It was best choice for my family overall. Refrigerator was a little bothered me at night. But it was not a big deal. Breakfast was not a great meal but was not bad.
Good hotel at a reasonable price.
