Yes...the fact that I checked out two days ago and my credit card is still hung up with the $100 incidentals fee.....
The staff, location, public spaces and room amenities were very good.
The biggest issue was the noise level...the hallway traffic and neighboring rooms could be heard pretty easily. If you're a light sleeper, bring your earplugs or headphones.
Breakfast was great. Cookies and milk in the evening. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfy bed. Very pleased. Should be a 3 1/2 star hotel.
This was an okay hotel, but nothing I would call any better than a holiday inn or something of the like. The bed was comfy.
The staff was horribly rude, especially the manager. I had to wait 45 minutes to get checked into my room and they gave me the wrong room. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me she would 'deal with me later'. Very rude.
Lobby, Bar, and pretty much all of the public areas are very nice. Staff was nice and helpful.
Room updates - property was recently acquired by Magnolia - were mostly cosmetic. Bathroom was way too small. Bed pillows were also way too soft, with nothing firmer available. AC/climate system made the room either too warm or too cold. Parking vague.
Employees not that Friendly. Bathrooms need updating.
Very nice, clean, and centrally located
The breakfast was a steep price.
I like that it's so close to the train station which will take you anywhere in dallas
Shower was a bit leaky and I had some dirty clothes in the closet which disappeared otherwise everything was great!
Hotel bartender - Francisco. Cleanliness of bathroom. Location.
Parking was full.
Convenience of the location
I kind of expect a free breakfast at Holiday inns. A discount on the buffet option would be a nice gesture.
The bathroom is too small. Clean but small!
Location was great!!
bathroom in room quite small but certainly ok for the star rating.
Staff was amazing and great personalities
My credit card charged for 'incidentals'. Not just copied but actually charged. The desk clerk wasn't very nice about it.
The location; it was near SMU and not too far from the Art District.
My original room was kinda small & rinky dinky. A/C was leaking and the electricity in the wall against my bed went out while I was sleeping so my phone never charged overnight. My key also kept deactivating. Eventually they gave me a new room.
Hotel Staff was great, breakfast was also good.
Elevators and hall ways were very hot, and so was the restroom in my room. Room also had a stale odor.
I was given a room with a large water leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. When I entered the bathroom there was standing water over the floor and everything in the bathroom was wet with water still dripping from the ceiling.
location, nice TVs
could have better upkeep
Rude staff and after 3 hrs she still couldnt figure out what i needed.
