Cons (-) Terrible customer service. Paid for the room through Kayak and then the hotel charged my card for the room again. The front desk supervisor was less than helpful and gave me the run around on how to “possibly” obtain a refund. Save yourself the headache and DON’T stay here.
Pros (+) They had a cookie and milk bar from 8-10 p.m.
Pros (+) Staff was great.... had a button come off my jacket..... needle and thread from staff fixed that!!
Pros (+) The price for the room was very reasonable for the area. There was milk and cookies when we checked in. Room was nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a tad lacking, but who am I to argue over free breakfast.
Cons (-) Checkout was at 11, I think that's a tad too early. The parking situation could be better.
