The location was perfect. The staff was helpful and courteous. Recommend this place for location and a good place to stay.
Pros. Location was great.
Cons. Construction on the hotel prevented sleeping past 630. It also made working from the room impossible. Housekeeping ignored the privacy please tag on the door both days i stayed there. The wifi in my room was unusable.
Pros. 24 Hour check-in was great. Staff was super friendly. Cold AC! Milk and cookies at night.
Cons. Parking was expensive and a surprise valet-only option. The bed was not the most comfortable.
Pros. -free breakfast, location, free wifi, and beautiful building with an excellent view. Manager Gina (spelling?) was very sweet and helpful
Cons. We checked in for New Year's Eve and specifically requested a room with a view of fireworks. The first room had no view, I had to pay for an upgraded room after going back downstairs. The room we got next was a disaster. Stains on the couches, dirty carpets, chair that was breaking, and fraying towels. The MOD came up to the room, looked at everything, apologized and moved us to yet another room. She was lovely and sent up a bottle of champagne but I would rather not have had to deal with switching rooms which led to us being very late for our dinner reservation. In short- rooms are not well maintained (last room had staples on the floor), only valet parking, SLOW elevators and front desk staff that don't seem to actually care.
Pros. Great location. Easy access. Nice large room. Included breakfast.
Pros. Beds were very comfortable!!!
Cons. no self parking, but using the texting valet service was quick and easy. Nothing gluten free available for breakfast except fruit. Gluten free dinner options were great and deliscious!
Pros. Nice size room, location, complimentary bar & breakfast, & shuttle.
Cons. Housekeeping was TERRIBLE. We stayed 3 nights & they only made the bed every day. They never cleaned the bathroom, 2 of the 3 nights they didn't even replace our towels. I had to track down housekeeping to ask for some. They didn't vacuum or empty the trash. There were only 2 elevators that worked.
Pros. Came here for a birthday, everything was wonderful
Cons. Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking.
Pros. Professional and friendly service, excellent breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection, very nice decor, convenient location in the downtown . Our room had 2 queen beds with good mattresses. The stuff allowed us to check out one hour late and then let us sit in the lobby for an hour in the evening.
