The pillows and bed were worth every single penny. Getting ready for a night out with my husband and being able to watch tv in the bathroom was a luxury I will not soon forget. Breathtaking view!
We requested a quiet room but there was a convention with young teenagers staying there and they were a bit unruly and loud.
The rooftop pool was an amazing feature. The pool was a blessed relief after a hot, muggy day. It was also in a central location downtown. Plenty of restaurant options nearby - although the hotel restaurant - Texas Spice - was a nice option as well. The work out facility was up to date with amazing views of the city. Certainly worth while.
We loved the room , restaurants and felt it was a good value for amenities
We called to make reservations to the Texas Spice & got no answer. Front desk tried and told us restaurant was booked. Called restaurant 10 min later. They answered and got us in at our requested time. Restaurant was half full. So communication breakdown. But it all worked out
We enjoyed our stay at Omni in Dallas. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, pool is awesome and the restaurant "Texas Spice" is really nice. We recommend this hotel for families looking for luxurious place to stay in Dallas.
Great experience. We had a great view of downtown.
Pool closed too early. Parking too expensive.
My son's wedding party stayed at the Omni. The staff and service at this hotel could not have been more helpful or gracious. This is now my " go to" hotel in Dallas.
The fridge in the room failed for some reason. We had some steak in there and I"m not sure if it made it or not.....
At every turn staff was above and beyond accommodating.
The staff was very friendly and the room was great
When we got to the hotel they did not have our room for us. We were on our honeymoon and made the reservation to make sure we had a room. The main issue was we were billed 50.00 and never charged anything for it. When we checked out they showed me the bills at check out and then found other charges that showed up on my bank statement. I had another issue like this at another Omni Hotel where the server changed the tip amount for more money when we turned in the bill. The other hotel fixed the problem but the issue still speaks volumes. I rather have trustworthy people and not have to worry about these issues after I stay somewhere. Not sure if I would ever go back or recommend the hotel.
The room was spacious and trendy loved the tv in the bathroom mirror. Staff was very nice and restaurants and sports bar were excellent.
No hotel airport pickup or shuttle travel to the hotel was very expensive, but it is Dallas Texas.
The staff was very helpful. The Texas Spice and Box Office Staff were exceptional. The food at Texas Spice was great. The view was awesome. The beds comfortable.
My daughter has stayed there several times before, and the price was atleast $100.00 a night cheaper than what I paid. We were also charged for wifi and self parking was very expensive. We stayed 2 nights, and after the cleaning people had been in our room, the sink handles had not been wiped down. For the price of our stay not sure we got the quality. Not sure we will come back.
Vary nice lobby/public area and the room was vary cleen beautifully decorated
The staff was horrible! The bellmen left one of my bags in the room and when I call to see if they have it. The front dest gave me the runaround and I wound up speaking to 6 people in different departments all don't know what happend to my bag. The staff at this hotle was the unhelpful and rude. There are other great hotels in the area I suggest you find one of them.
