The newly renovated Comfort Suites DFW Airport hotel is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and just one mile from the DFW International Airport. The hotel features luxurious two-room suites, each with a private bedroom and separate living room. Hotel amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, free breakfast, free wireless high-speed Internet access in every guest suite and complimentary shuttle to DFW airport. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. The Spa is currently closed. For DFW Airport Shuttle Transportation Pickup: All Guest pickups from DFW must be made at the LOWER level at Ground Transportation in all Terminals. DFW Airport will not allow our shuttle van to access the upper levels.
Our stay was very good! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The only problem we had was probably my own fault. I didn't get the Hotel address before leaving home, all I knew was Comfort Suites at DFW Airport. Will after getting my rental car, I asked for directions, and was told there is 4 Comfort Suites around DFW Airport. We had to make some calls, but was delayed maybe 30 mins getting there.
We felt this hotel was a great value and very convenient for our purposes.
Good experiance staying there over two days. Front desk staff was pleasent and will do anything to assist. Cafeteria however closed too early. It should stay open until 10:15 a.m. Staff in the cafe should be more friendly. Smile... :)
I traveled with my daughter in law and granddaughter. We found the hotel was comfortable and convenient. We traveled between Dallas and Ft Worth on a daily basis. We attended the Texas State Fair and went to the Stockyards and Billy Bob's. We had easy access to the Galleria Mall, Cavender's. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Had a wonderful!
alot of construction going on in this area and there is nothing close by you will need a car

Hotel was clean, looked somewhat new. Adequate parking. Pool was a little small. 24 hour shop was convenient.
The hotel staff was more than helpful. The room was well cleaned and quiet. I will return to this hotel again
Everything was as expected and as advertised but the staff were excellent and they also allowed free printing and use of their internet which helped a lot for organizing boarding passes.
The only draw back was that the hotel was a bit stingy on the grab and go breakfast. We had a very early flight - we were offered 1 bag. After we explained that we were 3 people, they gave us 2 bags and said, 'its not really one bag per person.' I'm not sure why they were so stingy given that if you stayed for the free hot breakfast it would have cost them a lot more and presumably all 3 of us could have eaten there. Otherwise the experience at this hotel was great!
The day before we were go to stay there my child got sick so we needed to cancel , they told us the only way we could cancel and get a refund would be to fax them a doctors note explaining why are child could not travel.
This hotel was a bit difficult to get to from Houston. It's not far at all from the airport but when returning a rental car your at the otherend of the airport. We arrived late at night and our room ended up being on the 3rd floor which was a bit inconvient especially with 5 kids. The room was very spacious. Had to ask for sheets for the sofa sleeper which I felt should have been readily available in the room even if it possible wasn't being used. The front desk clerk could have been a bit more helpful when asking for a luggage cart he didn't even bother to locate one for us.
We were travelling with my 4 year old and 2 month old, so having a 1 bedroom suite was important. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked with an open hole in the wall near the floor. The bed was okay but the sheets and bedspread were of mediocre quality, and spare bedding for the pull-out couch was not stored in the room (had to go to the front desk for it). When we called at 8am to ask about the airport shuttle, my husband was told there was one at 8:15 and one at 8:45. We had to call again to find out the next ones were 9:35 and then not another until noon, so we had to take the 9:35 which got us there excessively early for our 11:50am flight. Oh, and the air conditioning was very noisy and didn't work very well (didn't get colder when we turned it down, and did not seem to work at all in the front room).
Hotel was ok , the only problem we had was the room was very musty (smelled like a wet dog), asked to be moved to another room but the hotel was booked. They didnt do anything to compinsate us ...... overall hotel was ok for the price.
Positively, the hotel was clean. Negatively, the thermostat in the room did not work properly, bathroom was dark and sink was not enclosed
This is a nice hotel. The rooms are very spacious and you have a seperate living area. However, the air conditioning is on a sensor so when you sleep it went off and was very hot. Also the front desk gave someone else our room while we were still in it and they were able to walk right in because they had the key. This was fixed with little hassle. However we did not feel verry comfortable with the situation
I chose this hotel because it had queen size beds. I called the hotel to verify that they were, and was told yes they were. Well they weren't, they were full size. I called the staff to see if there was a mistake and he said that those were queen size. Also pool hrs posted closing at 10pm on Sat night, it was 10:05 and we were told we had to get out no exceptions. Other hotels I've been to have been flexable as long as there were no complaints. Not at this one.
