Absolutely No Water Pressure In ShoWer HArd To Even Wash My Hair.
Three days after my stay the hotel is still pre-authorizing room charges and holding funds from my account. I faxed paperwork to no avail. They do not believe me and want proof from the bank. All they have done is pass the buck. Won't be back.Overall cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was very sub par. My biggest complaint is having room charges pre-authorized on my account 3 days after my stay when I have already been pre-authorized days before for the same charges AND especially when my VISA has already been billed for the stay. It never fails that the hotel tells you to call Priceline and Priceline tells you to call the hotel. The hotel then tells you to call your bank b/c they are the ones holding the funds. WELL, the hotel is the one with your debit/credit card and entering the information. I will not stay at this Hampton Inn again and I will not book through priceline again either.
