Shuttle service to anywhere in deadwood
Room had unusual Oder
The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as was the hotel casino staff. I was not sure what to expect with a 2 star rating. Will stay there again if we return.
great staff, good food, nice ammenites. priced right...
construction on the route in.
I liked the location, because it was just right outside of the hustle and bustle of Deadwood during the annual car show. It was a peaceful and clean place to stay. I would stay there again.
Nice hotel, big parking lot, very friendly staff.
Everything about this hotel was excellent, staff was nice and courteous, the breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and up to date, the arcade in the lobby was really nice since we had 4 kids with us, free shuttle service, pool was small but still nice
I have no complaints at all. This is a very nice hotel and I would highly recommend it, especially if you have kids. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night, and the lady was so nice she moved stuff around so we didn't have to switch rooms
The location was great. The entire facility was clean and modern. The room was spacious and clean. Great beds too! The staff were friendly. Slots were loose.
The only complaint is the lack of internet service. My traveling companion was never able to use her device for the internet during our 4 day stay. We were told this problem had been going on for awhile. Neesd to be fixed!
the staff was very nice..rooms were very clean..location was very good....shuttle service was great..took us downtown to eat and then picked us up when we were finished.
My son was running in a marathon that weekend and the one thing we absolutely wanted was a hot tub...when we went down to use it...it was ice cold...and it hadn't worked all day so we were unable to use it.we should have been compensated for that.
Very friendly staff
Road construction made it hard to get downtown
Staff was amazing, shuttle service was good, rooms were excellent.
How far off main street it was, pool was very small.
Was a typical two star hotel but it was very clean and the bed was amazing. Also, it had plenty of parking which can be an issue at Deadwood hotels. I would definitely stay here again.
Alana at the front desk should probably get in another line of business. I would suggest one where her smartphone is very important since she obviously knows how to use it well. We arrived early and asked if we could check in early. She made no attempt to accommodate us. I even asked her to call us when a room was available and she never called, even when 3 p.m. rolled around. It's hard to believe that no rooms were available until 3 when check out is 11 a.m. On the flip side, the place was nice and clean and everything else was great.
The continental breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Even though they stop serving at 9, they were very accommodating to guests who were a little bit late. The variety and quality was very good. The room was nice enough, but not anything special. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the trolley to downtown stops at the hotel. Good breakfast, hot and cold selections. Quiet, nice staff who are willing to discuss options for day trips.
This little gem in Deadwood cannot be beat. My brothers and I stayed in a suite while attending the funeral of a dear aunt. We could not have been treated any better. The room is great. The personal attention you receive is 1st rate. The location is convenient to everything in the Hills. Common areas and the casino are welcoming and spacious. We highly recommend this one!
