*New, clean rooms *excellent front desk staff, knew customers by name, always greeted kindly, very well presented, etc. *24 hour front desk service
Location wasn't great *Breakfast staff were not nice at all *Key check procedures left me nervous about the security of my room *Rooms were a little small, but well equiped *Showers were bad, hose was too short and stopped water flow
The location is excellent, in the center of Deauville, close to the Hippodrome. The beds are very comfortable. There is a separate bath room and toilet.
I did not understand the television. The room was situated on the road side and was quite noisy.
Excellent, the Hotel is brandnew and has W-LAN internet access at no extra charge. Parking in the garage costs 13€ per day.
The elevator was out of order.
underground parking good,
charge for parking - and breakfast quite high compared to other hotels we stayed in
room design and locations
room was far too small - toilet and bathroom were seperate... also extra charge for breakfast. we didn't have it, but if it was included in the rate (even EUR10 extra) we probably would have paid it...
