Pros:new car that only had 300 miles on it. friendly staff
Cons:There's only1 employee processing returned cars

Cons:I cancelled the booking, because when I rang, they were closed!!! I expect 24/7 service from national rental like Dollar!!! Imagine if I am stuck with issues and need help, and they are closed!!!!!
Cons:That no one was there at the airport counter. And the info was not clear that should go directly to the pickup area & not to the counters at the airport. lost almost an hour trying to figure that. & ofcourse no one at the other car rental personnel would help !!
Cons:Great Vehicle and wonderful customer service. Process was quick and easy. Would definitely rent from them again.
Pros:It was an inexpensive rental. Pickup and drop off were painless.
Cons:Was expecting a 5 passenger car. There were indeed 5 seatbelts, but no way you could put 5 grown adults in it. I'm sure I'm just inexperienced in renting compacts (I would call this a sub compact), but it didn't have cruise control or bluetooth. It was the 'special of the day', but I think that is just a way to insure upgrades at the counter. I was billed a different amount at check in. It wasn't a lot, but I was expecting the exact amount or less. For $5 more total, you can have a step up and no disappointments.
Pros:The ease of picking up the vehicle and dropping off access hours. Great rental price.
Cons:Trying to navigate new rental area...figured it out.
Pros:Staff was nice...clean car....enough said.
Cons:Just watch for the up charge, I said I would fill up on my way to drop off and my receipt said $36 prepay...

Cons:I would have liked to secure a minivan with a DVD player, but no such option exists. There wasn't much choice for minivans when I arrived from Dollar in San Antonio (vs other places that I have rented minivans).
