Pros:Paid about $50 more than quoted on kayak, $30 more than the agent originally stated. No service for drop off, only drop box for key, then was charged additional hourly fees since they then counted drop off time as the time when they checked their box the next morning. Otherwise unhelpful in answering questions about invoice when charge discrepancies were brought up. Very misleading. Car itself had no issues.

Pros:Pick up and drop off were fast and easy

Cons:They gave me a car with issues. When I went swap it out the desk lady was no where to be found and I waited 5 minutes. Turns out she was hiding under the desk in the phone. Then they didn't have any other car ready and I had to wait 30 minutes. They finally brought a car out and it didn't match the agreement. They had to go back and get the correct one.
