Everything about the hotel was excellent! The staff was courteous . The place was super clean. The food was spectacular. One of the best stays I have had any hotel in years.
The remote for the tv was difficult but that's a pretty small concern.
The hotel is very well laid out and in close proximity to Festival City Mall. The reason for our trip was to attend the Race to Dubai Golf Tournament and it was a big plus to receive a complimentary golf lesson at Al Badia and to be able to have endless balls for a 2-hour practice session on the range and pitch/putting facilities. Joe at Concierge deserves a mention for high service quality and he also remembered me from a previous stay.
Everything was absolutely positive, except if I had known we would wait so long for the limo service to Al Badia Golf Course I would have used my own car.
The view back to the city from the room was fantastic. The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The Concierge staff (especially Joe) was extremely helpful.
Considering that the restaurant was not overly busy, the process for getting food from the egg station at breakfast seemed rather odd, as opposed to waiting whilst the eggs/omelettes were cooked. On the night of our stay, the waiter service in the Belgium Pub was not up the standard experienced on previous stays.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean, attached to a shopping mall, very close to the airport and most of interests, nice valet parking facility
The staffs are not so friendly when you check in; the hotel not offered a free breakfast with regular price. The time of check in and out policy are so terrible.
Really good location, brilliant staff, and good facilities.
Damp smell in the corridor of the 9th floor near the lifts.
Very nice spacious rooms, excellent lay out with superb design
Close of Festivel mall, quite area
Their special way of greeting when u enter the hotel
Quality of food in the "Zaytoun" restaurant (located on 5th floor)
Accessability to other tourist venues in Dubai and to Festival City Shopping Mall.
I would like to praise Mr. Joseph in the reception for being professional and helpful. He has an excellent attitude that looks natural and not made up. Such staff should be appreciated and recognized.
Gym is not open 24 hours
