Clean, attractive, comfortable, quiet facilities. Professional front desk staff. Decent food for breakfast.
The first night we stayed, the elevator broke down twice. The first time, it left me stranded on the first floor. The second time, they didn't even bother to put a sign on the 3rd floor elevator door, so I waited an extremely long time to go down. Surprisingly, there is only one elevator for the entire building. Maybe they should update the controls. Also, the free desktop computers in the lobby use a very outdated Internet Explorer, and kept crashing. That should be updated also.
The location was very convenient.
Room had dead bugs on window ledge and more live bugs in room so we switched rooms and later saw bugs in hallway . Staff apologized but were insincere about the issue.
