we LOVE the revolving restaurant, JJ Astor, and the pool! And the staff everywhere are great, and the location is superb, the view is incredible!
Our window kept rattling all night, with the wind and the cold- we've heard there are new windows coming-
there select comfort kings size bed went flat on one side an control would not work went flat on one side at 3 .oo in the morning so had to sleep on one side only would not recommend staying there to avoid any select comfort bed in there room
clean, handy location
Really cheap of the hotel to just serve their "grab and go" breakfast from 5-630 am . Pretty ridiculous.
I checked in with Tyler and he was very cool and very nice. Had a nice conversation with him right off the bat. The part of thebhotel where i stayed was a little outdated, but for the price I paid, I wasn't complaining at all. went to the rotating restaurant on the top floor after a while and had a beer. The bartender was really nice and accommodating, I never got his name however. Later on I even went to the front desk in desperation for a deck of cards and they had some free of charge. In the morning the parking ramp was well salted and not slippery, which is why I stayed in the first place was because of the bad weather and my vehicle being not the best for the conditions. Overall good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone and I'll probably be back.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking. Not a bunch of parking spaces
Location was excellent, near anything you would need in downtown Duluth. Accommodations of hotel were superb and the JJ Astor restaurant was absolutely amazing especially their breakfast menu! On top of that the staff was more than willing to direct you towards any restaurant/bar/gas station or store in the area!
Location. Close to canal park and downtown.
Parking. Was forced to park a block away with children because parking was full for a wedding.
title says it all Its old and needs an update but the value is good and the location is great. It's not the Ritz but the staff if genuinely interested in making their guests happy.
Parking is a problem. Just know that coming into it.
The service was great from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. They spent 15 mins going over different restaurants in the area
The hot tub is way too small
