Pros:Close to my destination The view of MetLife Stadium
Cons:The stains on the comforters (I have pictures of proof) The stained feathered pillows (I have pictures of proof) The smell of cheesey toes lingering in the room (you'll have to trust my sensory skills)
Pros:It’s close to work.
Cons:We booked a two week stay in between selling and buying a home. At check-in we were told we didn’t have a reservation and that we were probably at the wrong location since there are a few in the area. When we showed our reservation, without really searching for it they said that it wasn’t in their system and they would have to rebook the reservation but unfortunately it would be at a higher rate. We called corporate reservations who go on the phone with the front desk and finally found our reservation. The rooms are filthy. We have vacuuming our own room twice by borrowing the vacuum from the front desk. We have had to go get toilet paper and trash bags. We’re now in our third week (house closing problems) and we’ve washed and cleaned our own sheets and towels because no one ever comes to clean our space. I can’t wait to move into my new home. Never again Extensed Stay!!!
Pros:Not much. The elevator worked?
Cons:Three total towels given to a room with two queens beds sleeping four people. No hand or floor towels. Written in soap were words on the bathroom door so I’m not sure the last time that was really cleaned top to bottom. Extended stay means they don’t clean your room at all an the kitchenette came with NOTHING. Oh, and by continental breakfast they mean bad coffee and granola bars tossed on a table. There is no breakfast. Best part of it all is we checked in for two rooms and the lovely attendant at the front purposely gave us rooms on polar opposite sides of the floor. Not sure if the other Extended Stays in the area are run the same way but I will not be finding out anytime soon.
