Free parking. Convenient driving access to mid town Manhattan.
Found hairs on bed sheet.
Location was great.
I asked them to refuse a package that would arrive after i would be gone and they didn't. They need to have a mirror in the rooms and the lighting in the rooms could be much better.
We loved the staff. Nicole. Angela and Vladimir ... And a guy at night with a big welcoming smile. They are all kind and helpful and really care about the customer. I think they are doing the best with what they have. My daughters hugged nicole goodbye
I was in two rooms and both were unclean. Visible hair in the bathrooms and cigarette burns in the sheets ... Stains on the underside of comforter. Hair in tje beds from the unchanged blankets. Strong smell of curry in the halls. Poor breakfast .I am thinking the owner gives the staff limited resources to run the hotel. The quality of staff is such a contradiction to the actual quality of hotel.
The courtesy of the staff
There was no breakfast, just coffee and muffins.
close to outlets and NYC, price was decent
toilet and shower had hair on it, toilet paper was not folded to show that the room was cleaned.pick up and go breakfast was horrible, not really a breakfast, never really saw anything to eat.
The room was spacious and had many amenities including the kitchen where all appliances and utensils were there
Staff wasn't so cooperative, specially a guy there used to talk heavily with signs of boredom on his it was far from the plaza where everything was there including the supermarket and noway to get there except by taking a 15$ for 1 way, shuttle bus neede
I got a great price on Priceline. The location was conveniently just off the turnpike.
As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms do smell musty, and the sheets did not smell fresh.I really can't complain given the price of the room -- a great bargain, so I was not really expecting anything wonderful. The front desk clerk did not respond immediately when I arrived. He finally told me to wait, and continued to shuffle stacks of papers. Delivery people came and went. He finally checked me in. Certainly did not feel welcome. The room looked clean but smelled very musty.Sheets did not smell fresh. The clock radio was broken, and when I called the front desk, the guy yelled at me for not understanding his heavily accented directions on how to get to the wake-up call menu, since it was not posted anywhere. Oh well, still happy about the great deal, and was willing to put up with a less than ideal situation, especially since I was traveling alone.
the staff the rooms were uncleanI will never stay at any facility affiliated associated with your company.
the setting right on the river
no ice machines, not very many facilities near by, if it were not for the friendly staff to make the change we would have had only one bed in the room, not real good since I was with another male
Location. Full size fridge and small kitchen w. pans, pot, dinnerware and silverware. Simple but helpful breakfast, w. coffee, tea, quick oakmeal, muffins, canola bars, apples & oranges. Very reasonable express deal for this NYC access hotel.
Charged extra for 2 double beds. Bed and pillows too soft and aged.Given the low Express deal rate I paid for this essential trades people extended stay apartment hotel with free parking and great access to mid-town Manhattan, I feel I've got my money worth. On the down size, the free internet service blocks any high speed, VPN or SKPSE use, which require extras. The beds and pillowa are aged and soft. There's also no safe in the rooms to store valuables such as passports or computers. We had to request room change due to excessive hammering noise from the air conditioning / heating unit. The next room's heating unit also had a malfunctioning thermostat which we had to set to the minimum of 58 degree to br...
