The setting overlooking the lagoon was wonderful and the service of our waiter during our evening meal was exceptional.
i liked the pub, staff were great and the food was good.
the fact that the advertised 24 hour room service does not exist, the front of house staff never answer the phone, the guests in the other rooms make to much noise to sleep.
Internet booking - not good at all. The fact that you have to climb steps wherever you go. We have to ask for help/assistance with our luggage. As for the advert, the hotel was within walking distance from the beach - not true.

service was poor at restaurant and bar receptionist did not take my credit card at check in and checkout.as a result i left with the bill unpaid
Room looked out on parking lot, no window and therefore poor ventilation, TV in initial room defective, only 1 towel in room, restaurant smelled musty and carpets grubby, building operations irritating (workers shouting, machinery, etc)
