Pros:Love this hotel. Great location. Awesome staff.

Cons:Booked hotel for the pool. It was closed. Booking is non-refundable, so what do you do? No one even let us know ahead of time, so that we didn't pack for the pool. Next time, I would book through the hotel and contact them a few days before arrival and if pool is not going to be available, I will cancel and book elsewhere. Because we were 2 couples, we upgraded to the suite (which cost more) for more room, but expected to use the pool. We would have gone elsewhere and paid less somewhere a pool had been available. The ceiling needed more sound proofing. The little kids on the floor above us were jumping around late at night and early in the morning, which woke us up. The door lock was sticky. The pillows were uncomfortable. Not happy with the stay.
