The best thing of this hotel was to leave the place as we got there. Due to a technical problem the card could not be accepted so we were not allowed to check in. We left the office and decided to go away from that scary place.
Everything was awful. The guy at the desk was not very polite but rude. The place looked dirty too. The woman before us in line at the desk looked stoned.
the hotel was dirty the sheets were stained from one end to the other hair all over the sheets and pillows the bathroom had dirty towels that smelled like dog poop. we ended up leaving the same night and drove another 20 miles to stay at a way better
I needed I night stay near my desired location
not clean, bed sheet not laudered, room heater was not goo, bathroom was freezing cold
The girl who checked us in was nice and helpful.
mirror was filthy, only 1 towel /person. Bed was not made up after the 1st night. TV didn't work the 2nd night.
The motel is being run by new owners, but it looks like they are doing all the work themselves and they don't have a lot to work with. The room was as clean as my home, but that means dust in a lot of places. The beds & linens were worn, but comfortable. The outside of the buildings are pretty run down and the structure is mostly cinder block. The strangest (and somewhat dangerous) part is the the floors of the rooms on the 2nd floor (where our room was) are about 4 inches higher than the hall floor. You have to step up into your room and remember to step down when leaving - a real potential tripping/stumbling hazard. My wife took a spill when we left the room the first time. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Despite all that, the room was pretty comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, the room was cheap (half of what I paid per day for our rental car), and it was close to where I was working for our stay. The owners were pleasant, sincere, helpful but overwhelmed, and working with relatively poor facilities.
