The location to restaurants, food, grocery stores.
The 1st room smelled strongly like mildew. I was unable to stay in that room because the smell was disgusting and I was concerned there were toxins that may impact my health. The 2nd room smelled bad but bearable- fitness center bad smell, broke equipment
The service they provided to resolve Pricelines many errors & poor service was a 10. Thanks to the hotel.
They were very friendly. Offered anything we could need. Staff was amazing. Great to see after a bad expirience at the hampton inn in mcleansville. Would stay there again for sure! My mother and my young children were also happy with staying there.
Our first stay at this hotel. We stayed during the week of Aug 15th for three nights. Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Nice seating area for breakfast...look out to the pool, or watch news on the tv above the fireplace. Coffee available in the lobby all day. Bottled water also available all day in a small fridge in lobby. Walking distance to sit down restaurants. Several fast food restaurants near by as well. Super Walmart also close enough to walk to. Our 8 year old really enjoyed the pool !! I liked that the computer and internet access was right there in the lobby for easy use.
Front desk was fine. The bed was terrible. Front desk asked how our stay was and we said the bed was terrible. They responded with ' i'm sorry but have a nice day'. So much for their guarantee. No thank you. We'll stick with the Jameson or Marriott next time.
