Pros (+) Location and value are the best selling features for this property. It's easy to get to from the highway with plenty of food/fuel options. If what you are looking for is a clean bed and shower for the night, this place fits the bill.
Cons (-) Parking! We checked-in at 10pm and the lot was full of large pickup trucks and work trailers with a good handful of male guests "hanging out." There is absolutely no smoking in the rooms, so perhaps they were all taking a "smoke break." Nevertheless, I'm a female who was traveling with two children - not a great first impression.
