Historic district. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility.
Nothing pool was to cold to swim in I complained was only reason we went to motel I want my money back
Room was right next to pool noisy in my room I will never go to this motel again would rather of staid home
I liked how clean the rooms were.
I didnt like how the pool area had water on the tile floor. Need some drains for the water to drain off of the tile. I also didnt like how small the brealfest area was. Hardly any room to move.
location,indoor pool,helpful staff,great room
no,everything was great
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Though showing age, the indoor pool, spa, and sauna were a welcome respite after a long day. The breakfast was nice. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, bacon, bagels, Danishes, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea
It is an older property that could use a deep clean. It was not untidy, but there were some cobwebs, peeling paint, corners needed better vacuuming, etc. The room had a shower, but no tub.
Good location to family we were visiting. Felt safe staying with my children due to all of the side doors being locked at 10pm. Quiet at night.
Shower door wouldn't shut, told staff but it wasn't fixed. Carpet was worn, but beds were acceptable.
Was a nice room
could have a little better breakfast and controlled the noise better
Location was exactly where I needed it to be
The iron in my room was broken, I called the front desk to tell them, and they basically told me that I was out of luck. Nothing they could do for me.
Wireless internet was too weak to stay connected on third floor.
The staff at the registration desk was very friendly, and very helpful.
Disappointed that the spa was not working. Difficulty using the computer. Only one was working, and the one that was, had some issues as well.
It took three tries to get an acceptable room. There was smoke in a non smoking room, unchanged linens and coffee in the pot in the second, and finally an OK room. They can't stop a former customer from smoking, but I expect good service when it happens.
The staff that was on the night we came in helped us out a bunch. We had 3 adults and 5 children at 2:30 in the morning and we had just left a different hotel because of the conditions. The girl at the desk called a few other hotels for us to find prices because they were out of non smoking rooms. We had a small baby with breathing problems and he couldn't handle the smoke. After finding not much we could afford she took me up to check out a room to see if it had a smoke oder. After finding a room that would work we stayed the night at a price we could afford and I would stay there again!!! Rooms were clean with fitted sheets on the bed unlike the hotel we had just left, the showers were GREAT!
Was clean, good continental breakfast. Beds OK.\nRates are going up so might not stay there next year.
Heard the adjoining room getting up at 3:30 a.m. Sound proofing between rooms is poor. Woke me up and kept my wife from sleeping.\n\nNonsmoking room smelled like smoke in the early morning, especially in the shower and toilet area.\n\nThere was something on the bed sheets that caused both my wife and I to itch. Washed off in the shower and didn't notice during the following day. Reaction by both of us to the soap that the sheets were washed in??\n\nFront desk not friendly.\n\n
We stayed here in july 2007, the pool is NOT heated, the hot tub didn't work, the sauna didn't work, but we were able to sleep only, The breakfast was fair. I don't recommend this place at all, shop around...
This hotel was much better than we expected it to be. The rooms had tall ceilings and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was a your typical continental breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to see a small refrigerator and safe in the room.
