The pick up required a trip in a parking elevator, through two doors to a parking garage that locked behind me and then a walk to find the office in a desolate underground garage on a Sunday morning. I found it very scary- and because it was unexpected - stressful.. and there was no way you reach the local office- they didn’t answer the phone. So I hated that and would not pick up from that location again. Otherwise everything was excellent..drop off in Montreal was perfect.. well marked directions- in a garage with an easy to find office.Reviewed Sep 1 2026

We went on Friday in person to make sure the van we requested was available given that the previous booking we had to settle for an SUV as the van was not available. Well this time they topped themselves: we went on Saturday to pick up the van but Enterprise was closed. At no point did the clerk indicate on Friday, stressing we went in person, that closing time was 12 o'clock even though we repeatedly stated that we would pick up the van at 2 pm. The rental agency clerk i liked named Oscar, The Truck I booked was not at the rental place i booked at, at some point they realized I was coming in for 12 .00 pm and they had no truck there for me. So they Phoned me and told me they are going to another location and bring one back to the rental place I booked with fine. 2 hrs later the truck was ready. I was greeted by courteous staff. I arrived a couple hours earlier than my reservation. No issues the staff were very accommodating. Brendon was the agent that looked after me. He did a great job.
