Upon arrival the front desk clerk was super nice. I remembered him from our last visit in October. He was very nice and my husband and I had a great conversation. Please let management know he’s a great and special value to their establishment.

Pros:The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

Pros:Carpeting was brand new (could still smell it, but not so strong that I couldn't sleep) so previous reports of dirty carpet have been addressed. Rooms nice sized and clean, bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge were an added plus. Hot breakfast included bacon - yum. This is a standard mid-price hotel that was clean, convenient and relatively quiet, except for noise from Hwy 101, which was masked by AC unit during the night. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons:We were on the second floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the flight of stairs. It does appear they are building one on the back side of the building, but I didn't ask what the ETA was for it being finished. I was told before I finished checking in that there wasn't an elevator, so I was aware of this. An elevator would be a definite improvement to the hotel.
Pros:The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were eager to be of assistance and professional. The dining room was clean, the breakfast was good and a variety of items were available.
Cons:The carpets need cleaning!
Pros:The room was clean and the pillows were super soft. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The best part was the breakfast. There was so much food to choose from and it was delicious.
Pros:Easy to check in an out. Very clean bathroom
Cons:Carpets are kind of old, smelled a slight cigarette smoke odor.
