Super friendly staff.
Value...Clean and rather quite considering the large number of transient employees staying there for their company training.? They were out early and in late but I never heard them once I was in my room.
I thought the lady at the front desk when we arrived was rude.
Our room was awesome we loved it. Deserves more than a 2 star
Very nice for the affordable price.
Sat. Am desk clerk very rude in breakfast space. Just before 9am and she was hostile that food was gone and more people wanting breakfast.
people were smoking in the hallways, there was an ashtray in the room and it smelled. The air conditioner chattered all night. I wanted a room with 2 queen beds and they only had a king room available.
Dirty, in need of repair, infested with flies, breakfast looked unsafe to eat, eggs were black, muffins were hard and stale.
location and hot breakfast
The breakfast was very good. Waffles, sausage, muffins, clementines.
Needs updating, especially since there is a brand new hotel next door.
Good costumer service.
The room was cold at first and the drain for the bath tub didn't stop water.
This hotel was exactly what I expected. It's near all the restaurants in town, which was nice.
The staff was fantastic!
Where to start. It smelled like stale cigarettes as soon as you walked it. It was badly in need of refreshing. Just a coat of paint would help and better lighting. My room had only one lock on the door and a chain which was broken.
The staff was wonderful!
Everything else. It reeked of old, stale cigarettes. It was dingy and in need of fresh paint, and good cleaning, and better lighting. One of the walls in my room had been drawn on with pencils and some crayons and smudged from someone trying to clean it.
Room close to door where car was parked
Bed was fairly comfortable.
Room needed an update and a good cleaning. Walls were scribbled on.
Clean, good breakfast
No working smokealarm, Unit door did not close properly and on the day I checked out, it would not close at all.
Very friendly staff and convenient location right on Central Ave which houses most of the food options in town.
Despite asking for a non-smoking room, there was an odor of smoke in our room, which even permeated our clothes and luggage. The shower's water pressure and temperature constantly fluctuated from cold to scalding hot - not pleasant at all.
the location was in the midst of multiple shopping and dining venues.
there was a very strong doggy odor upon entry of room, questionable spots on comforters, and sheets were not so straight when covers pulled back(had they been changed?), there was a constant puddle of water between tub and toilet with no visible tub leak
Free Internet was a plus so was the breakfast.
The room had an extremely strong smoke odor! They would not give us the option of a non smoking room. If they are going to put their non- smoking guests in smoking rooms they should make sure bed spreads, curtains and carpets are cleaned frequently!
Garbage pickup at 3:30 am and i was given a smoking room and told to bad about my complaints
