very clean, accommodating staff
hotel was great, location horrible with surrounding road/freeway construction (not hotel's fault)
the location, it's halfway between Alliance and Downtown
the first room was not clean and are room keys didn't work
The Hotel Employee at Check-in was great.
The lady at check in was FANTASTIC!! There was a mix up with our room but she fixed it very quickly.
The construction around the hotel made it almost impossible to get to. We had to find alternate routes just to get there. When I called the day before, a heads up would have been nice. It was a nightmare getting to the hotel.
The room was really nice, staff was friendly and helpful.
Didn't find anything I didn't like
Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, we also thought it was nice that there was a washing machine on our floor even though we didn't need to use it.
Nothing really stands out.
nicely kept hotel
The construction in the area makes it difficult to get around
Very noisy loud all the time
Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Not a bad location but the construction on I-35 made it very difficult to get in and out of. Once the construction is over in a year or so I would stay there again.
Staff was very friendly.
Their incidental policy.
The room was very nice, the ac was very noisy, kept me awake.
The hotel charged me an extra 50 bucks, still trying to find out why!!
The restaurant had decent food.
The room wasn't ready when they said it would be. There was a dirty napkin on the floor and leftovers in the fridge.
NO ELECTRICITY!!! literally. half power when we arrived then NOTHING from 11 pm on! nobody even at front desk when we left in dark!
This one employee, but over all it was great. Oh and the power outage, as well. At least they gave me free night.
The staff was friendly.
We were put in a conference room as our room. The hotel was booked and there wasn't anywhere else to stay.
The beds were comfortable.
The hot tub was not hot.I addressed this with the front desk, but the temperature of the whirlpool was not addressed during our stay. Also the breakfast was just a continental breakfast, nothing special (free at other hotels) but it cost $10.95 per person
The room was clean and well appointed.
No sound insulation whatsoever. When the neighbors took a shower it sounded like I would get wet. And the maids delivered each other a shouting match in the afternoon after I checked in and was trying to catch a little sleep.
The bed. Noon check out.
No complimentary breakfast.
could not or would not accommidate 2 beds either night
The price, the location, the shuttle service to The Stockyards in Fort Worth.
Easy to find
The tv service, no ice machibe on our floor, ac/heat didnt work
The person I was with.
Absolutely, the customer service over the phone was horrible. At check in, it was horrible. They were rude and told me to 'shut up' so she could explain the circumstance better. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me.
Nice room, comfortable bed, clean, and guest washer and dryer.
No complimentary breakfast.
clean room and lobby
Yes, too noisy, could hear traffice thru window (closed) and hear others opening and closing their doors in other rooms. Could not sleep due to noises, also air/heat unit not working properly and shower tap broken.
I thought the rooms were beautiful and clean
The receptionist was rude and condescending
Holiday Hotels have become my favorite places to stay.
The location to the Interstate was great
The night staff seemed to be off in their own world.
It was nice but my experience was ruined by theft.
My tailgate was stolen overnight and I back my truck right up the hotel under a big light and in front of a camera. No footage was taken and the total for a new tailgate is $5,400. My deductible is $1,000. Pretty expensive stay for me.
It is a good location, just off of I35. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The light in the deep floated out of the socket while we swam, that was a little scary. Also, there was no ice in the vending and ice area. We have to ask the front desk and then they took our cups back behind a wall to put ice in them. Not sure why.
As we were checking out, I informed one of the reps at the front desk, that the a/c had gone out in the middle of the night. No apology, no compensation... All she did, was tell one of the othe reps there to put in a maintenance order for the room.
It was extremely clean
The pillows were terrible. They were incredibly small and hard. They need to get regular sized pillows.
I always try to stay here. Have stayed over 10 times !!!!
My husband and I loved the hotel it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in ft worth. I give a give them a five star rating. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
only problem with room was shower head was broken it was a flexible hose thats supposed to attach like a normal shower head but attachment was broken and was repaired with TAPE
The front desk person working at night seem to think it was funny that the internet would not work. For 4 days the internet could not be accessed. The service in the dining room was very poor. At breakfast two day in a row, one day I got no service and had to leave and eat at a local Cracker Barrel, the next morning service was very poor, the only time I was even spoken to was when my check was layed on the table. The wall were not very well insulated and nosie from the next room was clear and loud. For the price you pay at this hotel I would not stay again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or co-workers. The vending machines on the 3rd and 4th floor would not work, the one on the 4th floor took money and gave not product, money could not even be put in the machines on the 3rd floor.
