Price was ok with the promotion. Hopefully there will not be any surprise charges! Pick up from Houston Hobby Airport was terrible. Waited for more than 1 hour to be picked up. No telephone number to contact a live agent at the location. When you call, phone is picked up off shore! Then at the location, only 1 agent to help out.
Cheat
There was no pickup at the airport. We waited almost an hour and I had to call the 800 number to get a shuttle at all. I rented a Nissan Altima but was given a Hyundai venue instead because there were no clean altimas. The venue was clean inside but had not been washed Outside. The driver position was too cramped for my 6’1” frame. I will never rent from them again and I do not recommend Fox for anyone.
