Cons:The child car seat did not have straps to the clips mounted in all seats so was not as secured as we would have liked.

Cons:When I picked up the car, they told me that they could not honor my reservation and made me pay for an upgrade. That car was disgusting and I went back to a smaller car but then got a hard time getting a refund. Eventually the manager was helpful. I would not recommend this company

Cons:I reserved a convertible mustang 2 weeks prior to rental, upon arriving not only was my car not ready, it was not available! They tried to give me a 2 seater convertible and said it was comparable to the 4 seater convertible that I had originally reserved, our luggage would not even fit in the car and there were 3 of us not 2! I then waited almost 2 hours because they told me the car was in maintenance getting an oil change and it had been moved to the front of the list? Why now? it should have been at the front and ready to go when I got there! All the while the girl with the glasses at the front desk supposedly helping me was to concerned about her facebook page to even look up at me when speaking to me half the time!! She kept stating that she was calling maintenance but nobody was answering.. So how long was I supposed to wait for an oil change? It had been almost 2 hours, I had already missed one appointment and was about to miss another meeting! Jiffy lube can do an oil change in 10 minutes so how does this place take almost 2 hours to do one?? This was the worst rental car experience I have ever had and I will never rent from thrifty again and will recommend to my friends, family and enemies to turn and run from any thrifty car rental!!

Pros:Great car, great price, very quick pick up and drop off.
Cons:They tried adding on tolls for $12/day or threatened to charge $17 per toll incurred. Also, asked about insurance in a way that would slip additional charges to the rental. Something to the effect of, "Will you be using our insurance or providing your own?" I shouldn't have to add vehicle protection even if I don't have my own insured cars or fancy credit card. I guess that's what you get for such a cheap rental price, they have to try to make money with add-ons.
