The breakfast was really good, and service at the front desk was ok.
We stayed for 4 nights. The first night, as we very first entered the room, we found dried blood on the sheets. Sheets were replaced promptly, but the housekeeper told us that he could tell the lady never cleaned our room, and that this wasn't the first time that had happened. Bathroom, walls, and carpets were dirty, with stains everywhere. Bugs were everywhere throughout our stay, and the last change of sheets we received also had dried blood on them. Also, the shuttle service to and from Disneyland is a joke. Horrible hotel, horrible experience, wish I could get my money back.
Complimentary breakfast was awsome, pool had warm water staff was friendly room was perfect love the way they use white sheets my kids liked it. front desk also gave A map of walking distance stores. I would totally recommend this hotel and we would totally stay here again.
Free breakfast buffet, WiFi, and shuttle to Disney World. Allowed us to check in early at no extra cost and request extra towels from online, ready once we had arrived.
The free breakfast ends at 9 a.m.. Whose awake and ready to go by nine? Last shuttle to Disney World leaves at 10:30 a.m. then it does not continue to run until 5 p.m.
Staff was semi-friendly.
Smells old, furniture is old. No flatscreen! Old tube TV. Got back from dinner and saw/killed a roach in the shower. We didn't stay after all. Too bad for us the booking was non-refundable.
Convenient shuttle to Disneyland. Breakfast was included but it was nothing to write home about.
Our carpet was very stained in the room and looked as though it had holes in it. We also didn't have any cold water, it was either scalding hot or barely tolerable enough to wash your hands. The TV in our room was 100 years old and didn't even work. One of the worst things was that once you got the shower to a decent temperature it wouldn't drain, so you had to stand in a couple inches of water while showering which was gross.
Great air condition unit even though it was an old in the wall style. Solid walls didn't let any sound come through. Not a water conserving head in the shower so excellent water pressure.
old rooms. tube tv and the remote didnt work. old carpet and furnishings. curtains and the bed cover had holes. Key machine wasn't working when I checked in so I had to be let in by housekeeping and wait around until they got it fixed so I could get a key to leave. No ice machines. No way was this a three star hotel. 2 1/2 star is pushing it.
The bed was clean and comfortable.
The manager Frank Zuniga was horrible, the breakfast buffet was super small, one of the cards to access the room didn't work, the tv didn't work, the carpet was dirty, there was only one working ice machine.
Unclean sheets... Cold water shower... Silverfish bugs found behind the TV. We won't be returning to this place.
Very confortable, clean sheets
Breakfast was nasty, service was horrible, not Accommodating. An employee that worked the breakfast area had dropped a glass plate and it flew and cut my arm. I was not addressed by no manager. Also my Reservations had said it was only one guest but I didn't think it was going to be a big deal and the front office gave me hard time about my little sister coming with me on my trip.
Waiting 20 minutes to check In at 10:30. Then they couldn't find my reservation for a couple minutes. After going up the scary elevator and down to the very end of hall we found out the the keys didn't work. My wife waited while I made the trip back down stairs. She made new friends with other people who had the same problem. Then when the keys finally worked we opened the door to find two fulls. Not the King the our reservation clearly specified. Now way after 11 we gave up and took the room. Not worth another trip. Went to use the sink and it blew out more air than water. Next morning turned on the TV and the sound didn't work. Then we went to the free breakfast that the guy at check said was very special and not your usual breakfast. It was OK but not worth the guard posted to make sure everyone had a voucher. Hot eggs, Bacon and sausage. The pancakes were hard and rubbery and why would they serve Spanish rice for breakfast? Again, OK at best. Super nice staff but, apparently incapable of running the place.
Changed our room quickly and upgraded to balcony room due to flood. Also the breakfast
First room we got had flooded bathroom
The location was great, right off the 91 close to disneyland with a free shuttle to and from the park, breakfast buffet
The deposit of $75 which was not disclosed when I booked the room. The room didn't have a phone or an ice bucket and the bathtub leaked huge puddles of water
The breakfast buffet was great. And the woman working the front desk our last day was very nuce and helped us cancel and check out of our reservation for the 3rd night we had booked with a full refund.
The front desk staff was less than hospitable. We were required to pay an additional $100 deposit which was not discosed in our reservation out if which came the rental of a refrigerator and microwave at a hefty rate of $11 per item per night! We were placed in a room that literally looked like a warehouse closet. The bathtub stopper was broken. Our towels have blank soot in them. Smallest HOTEL room I've ever stayed in paying what I did. The halleays smelled horrible. There was one portion of the downstairs corridor tile that had been replaced with plywood, not that I ever saw someone working to repair that section. The outside keycard entrances worked only some of time which meant we have to walk to the main entrance with all of our belongings, infant and carseat and through the hallways to get to the single elevator servicing the hundreds of rooms on our wing.
Breakfast every morning was fantastic!
Sink in our bathroom backed up with dirt everytime someone above us showered. Plumbing system needs fixing/updating.
The lobby was nice.
The rooms are dirty, Beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms are gross. Hallway was kind of smelly.
Fan in bathroom did not work. Furniture and bed spread looked old and out dated. No mini fridge. No information or guide in room. Shuttle bus was older and a little beat up. Breakfast was good, sit down and free. $100 deposit required at check in, regardless that room was already paid for. We had a nice balcony room and it was quiet. I would stay there again, the room was clean.
Lovely pool and landscape. Close to attractions and shopping. It is obvious owners are working on improving the look and feel of the facility.
Ongoing construction dust /smell (annoying but understandable). Housekeeping arrived first day at 2:45 to make up/clean. A bit late in the day. We were already back from Knotts Berry Farm and ready to relax breakfast buffet mediocre at best.
Close to Disneyland and included a Good value breakfast buffet
It was dirty and a poor value.
Location in relation to our family friends residence.
Not working fan in shower/bathroom, wallpaper paling in room, tight area due to large furniture, stains on sheet/duvet cover.
Close to Disneyland- free breakfast buffet- close to shopping stores- free shuttle bus to Disneyland
Shuttle bus needs maintence.
I booked at the last minute on a weekend & we got what we paid for as far as that is concerned. We felt comfortable in the room though and that's what we were looking for.
We called the front desk after booking online & it took a few tries because the extension to reach reception kept going to a guest's voicemail. After several tries, we finally got through to reception. The last I spoke with wasn't very pleasant and her English made it a bit difficult to understand if we were communicating effectively or not. Check-in went well, though I could tell the receptionist was exasperated, as the customer ahead of us was treating her rather rudely. Several of the gates at the hotel weren't working with our key card, which was frustrating at 1 in the morning after a long day in the heat, and we weren't the only ones who were experiencing this inconvenience. The room was nice, necessary immunities functioned as needed, and for that we are grateful. The only cons at that point were that the bathroom floor looked filthy, maybe permanently due to age, maybe from just being dirty. Also, the lady who came by our room didn't speak English, and though I don't blame her, any employees who are going to be interacting with customers should be able to communicate effectively.
The location is perfect - BestBuy, Target, Walmat, Starbucks, Restaurants, access to freeway. Free parking, wi-fi, breakfast.
Rooms were clean; but not the common passages. TV didn't work.
They serve breakfast in the morning
The room is dirty. It smells like mold, the room we have is the wallpaper on the side is broken, they don't clean well. There's an undergarment left at the bedside drawer by a previous guest and house keeping did not check it well so we know that they just dust off the room to be available for the next available guest. No flat iron, no extra tissues, we even have to call them, staff are not friendly, not worth the money.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, price was good. They checked my room when I checked out and immediately returned my deposit, in cash, rather than having to wait a week to credit my card.
There was a very nice pool.. no hot tub. One of the beds in our room was against an adjacent door to another room. There was no headboard on the bed, so if we sat up to watch tv, we had a doorknob in our back. When we layed down, the doorknob was directly above our face a riskes slamming our face on it when we sat up.
the room was big it had all we needed sheets where clean bed was comfortable.
the walls where paper thin they gave a room to loud teens next door that where so loud we didn't sleep for the whole night. My 2 year old kept wakeing up crying. The hall way smelled so bad we had to rush in the room and turn on the AC.They only had one entry way to go in two others only to exit so every time we went out we had to go all the way around the hotel to go back in.
The Floor was filthy, the door knob was damaged, and the cleaning person didn't do their job on my second day.
I liked our pool view and that they were not in a rush to kick us out at check out.
The TV did not work, and there were some black ants in the shower. As well as kayak did not confirm with the hotel, and booked us to a room that was not available, but we were given a slightly bigger room but with the down falls stated above.
Unclean linens, comforter
Nice large room. Clean. Accommodating staff for super late check-in. The continental breakfast had something for everyone. Easy access off and on to the 91 freeway.
The traffic noise from the 91 freeway could be heard in the room we were given when the AC unit wasn't running. The continental breakfast only ran until 9AM, most hotels I've been to go until 10AM. It's located right next to a late night sports bar/club and entering the parking lot late at night can be interesting with the congested parking/traffic. That said, the hotel always had sufficient parking while we were there.
Shuttle to Disneyland.
Broken elevator. Dirty. Broken ice machine. Heavy policing of breakfast.
