Breakfast was very poor. Not even hot waffles are available. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. People had to come up to the front desk and ask for additional toilet papers. The water in jacuzzi was so hot that one could burn their skin. The worst part was that when I arrived at 2 am after my flight was late, they did not have my reservation. It turned out that their reservation department did not transfer my reservation to the hotel desk. Upon my arrival the person at the front desk told me that the hotel was fully booked and there was no room for me and that I had to wait for a valet to pick me up and transfer me to another hotel. They spent another hour on looking for a room for me. Finally after waiting for 1.5 hour at 3:30 am they cleaned a room for me at the same location and the next day they transferred me to another room since that room was booked for the next day, According to KAYAK it was hotel's reservation department fault for not transferring my reservation. The clerk at the front desk was clueless and stated that he was just "low paid" individual. When you pay $136 for a two star hotel and are sleep deprived on your vacation this is a nightmare. They did not even offer me any future discounts, only apologized for inconvenience... Very poor service and not worth $$..This place is a disaster!
