Close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. The price was reasonable and the room was comfortable.
Breakfast was pretty average and there was not enough seating.
close to freeway and amusement park we attended(Gilroy Gardens). Pool looked good but checked in too late to try it out. Overall clean and plenty of parking.
Some minor details like broken towel rack in bathroom need addressing.
Clean & quiet
The people were nice and the pool was clean.
The room needs to be updated. The air conditioning worked off and on. The carpet had a square that looked like a bad patch job,
The front desk associate was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was really good (eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc).
We could not get the TV to work but alerted the front desk when we left. They were appreciative that we told them and said they would address it right away.
Staff was very helpful
WHENEVER I STAY THERE THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE ALEAYS VERY WARM AND WELCOMING! EVEN WHEN I HAVE CHECKED IN AT 2 am I HAVE BEEN SURPRISED BY THEIR EFFORTS TO GIVE ME GREAT SERVICE AND THE BEST CHOICE OF ROOM UPGRADE AT NO EXTRA COST. GREAT & FAMILY OWNED!
clean well kept rooms . Quiet environment.
Could work on communication.
Great deal for the price - room was clean, smelled fresh, was fully stocked with towels and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was so so, but so are most.
The rooms and the bathroom were clean and well stocked - honetly did not expect it from a 2 star. Free breakfast had a decent spread
nothing I can think off,
Close to gas station, food, and freeway
The vending machine does not work and took my money
We really liked the room. It was odor free. The breakfast was really tasty. There were adequate tables and chairs. The location to freeways and shopping was also noteworthy.
We stayed on the second floor. We had to climb the stairways to bring luggage to our rooms. It was expecially difficult for check in and checkout. An elevator would have been more beneficial.
nothing in particular
internet wasn't strong enough to work in my room. They only had a smelly smoking room available although I reserved a non-smoking room.
The location was great and they allowed pets which was a plus
Gave us smoking room when we wanted non smoking one
Breakfast was ok
The night clerk was rude
Staff did not give me a choice of two beds unless I paid another $40.
Price and breakfast
The front desk said they had no non smoking rooms. The room was not only a smoking room but a pet friendly room. This was extremely hard on my wife and child which by the way were all stuffed in one bed because two beds was almost double the price.
The bathrooms were clean, except the ash tray was placed on the sink.
purchasing through Priceline is the same as asking for a smoking room, if you do not want a smoking room, do not go through Priceline
Just spent one night so it was easy access on and off the freeway. Very quiet hotel, and a few steps to a good restaurant.
The air conditioning work very well!
I asked for a nonsmoking room and they booked me in a smoking room. I had to change to another room.
It is smoking room. I did not stay at this hotel and made another booking nearby. Pl give me credit back to me.
Smoking room. Very rude. Did not change the room. Urgently made another room booking in Ramada through Priceline Pl give me the credit back asap. I have a baby and my wife and me felt dizzy staying in that room 20 min.
This motel seems to lack empathy for its customers. For example, the television was extremely difficult to work. It required pressing a TV button, a satellite button, and then '03' and after the second time they talked me through the process I decided that this was the wrong place for me to stay next time I visit Gilroy. There are high voltage powerlines that run above the middle of the parking lot that are almost at eye level as you look out from the second floor. I knew it was a mistake to go to this facility when I arrived in the parking lot. The breakfast was awful...the breakfast rolls were damp with moisture, the coffee was plain, and the dog in the room made me feel uncomfortable like I was eating in a kennel.
