Cons:
When I arrived the vehicle was being cleaned. They returned and the outside looked nice and clean. The inside however, was quickly wiped down and when I got home I realized that the back seats were filthy, the inside if the doors were caked with dust and dirt, the dash was very dusty (like the windows were left down during a sand storm)10.0 Wonderful

The car size was what we expected and the service was quick and courteous.Cons:
The car was not clean especially on the outside. Car was spotted with dirt and the windshield needed wiping down. We did it ourselves. On the inside we found a paper bill between the seats and napkins in the glove compartment.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The car was a comfortable SUR that we used long haul. Excellent. The card was new, 100% functional, and clean For large adults piled in and 2200 miles later, we emerged tired but comfy throughout. Checking the car back in went smoothly.Cons:
Checking out the car could have been more efficient. It took us about 30 minutes to get out of the place. That was a pain but it was a small part of the overall rental experience that I can ignore it... this time.Dollar
