Pros:

Staff very friendly. Pickup and drop off both easy. Car was clean. Steering properly aligned (I am a stickler for this).

Cons:

The car I rented had an uncomfortable vibration at highway speeds.

They did not have my vehicle for my reservation. I have to get a cargo van instead of a truck. You make a reservation so you have a vehicle.

KAYAK
Reservation was for pick up at Van Buren location at noon. Got there at 12:01 and door locked, office closed at noon! No info on hours on confirmation. Employees were still in parking lot, saw us and drove away. Had to get a ride to Sky Harbor airport to get a car.
