Pros (+) Good value for the price. Good for families with kids. They don't serve breakfast, but you can go across the street and stock up on food.
Cons (-) Thin walls. Was loud.

Cons (-) The building in general seems to be falling apart, and our room was very outdated, small and generally icky.

Pros (+) The hotel was pretty clean and had a fireworks show next door for the 4th of July.
Cons (-) The staff was very unfriendly and refused to accept requests in advance for room accommodations. A member of the staff also prohibited us from putting ice in our cooler from the ice machine because "it wouldn't be able to keep up if everyone did that". They told us to go across to City Market if we wanted ice. Even Super 8 allows you to fill your cooler with ice before leaving, and we paid double ...
