It was convenient to shopping and the location of our conference
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable
Room keys did not work in side doors most of the time. Very frustrating when loading and unloading the car.
I love the great proffesionalism of the staff... And the Hotel was Beautiful the room was clean and even had a little note from the housekeeper welcoming us to the hotel.. I would definitely stay here again if we visit the city again..
Limited Parking spaces
Out side the hotel was a bit grungy. The courtyard within was nice though.
Very clean and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night, and they were not too busy. Beds are soft and comfortable. We had a mini refrigerator and microwave. If someone writes a bad report about this place, it is because they are spoiled rotten...
No continental breakfast....Boo Hoo....bring your own...
The pool was great and the mattress was wonderful
When I checked out all was good. Later they charged my account $30 and I used nothing, no phone, no meals, no bar.
the room was very comfortable
it was hidden away, rather difficult to find, and the exterior was unappealing.
The shampoo, conditioner and lotion. not even joking. Paul Mitchell Awaphui?! Yes!! There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, that was nice.
No hot tub. Memory foam mattress. so freaking hot! The pillows were crazy fluffy and soft, no neck support. I didn't sleep well at all.
This hotel has a good location.
Smelly, moldy room. Piles of old lamps, chairs and fixtures from current construction in stairwells - not safe.
The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size.
When I first walked into the lobby I was taken aback by how beautiful it was! I got a real big kick out of the go board in the lobby that is touchscreen!!
No Free Breakast! All hotels should offer a free breakfast! Something small like muffins, juice, coffee, and fruit.
This was a completely remodeled motel. Everything is new. This was a great place to stay.
This was a Marriott Courtyard but there were no Marriott signs on the motel itself, only at the driveway turning into the hotel. The outside of the motel did not look like a Marriott but don't let that fool you, the inside was superb.
The staff was friendly and accomodating.
The towels were mismatched and poor quality. The small coffee maker in the room was crusty dirty and disgusting. There was no City Guide book as the front desk said.
The bed was so soft that I thought I was sleeping on a deflating air mattress. My back is still hurting. My wife end up sleeping on the sleeper sofa.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly The Bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in years I absolutely loved it. I loved the balcony, the microwave and the hidden fridge Great experience.
I didn't like the set up of the parking lot a little scary at night.
Our room was close to the exit
The room was tiny. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with larger rooms more amenities and free breakfast. They wanted $8 for a premade turkey sandwich! I've never stayed in a hotel where I was charged for phone calls either. Horrible experience
Just for business trip purpose, It was okay.
I got there around 9:30 PM, there was no place to eat that time. I was going around about 30 minutes to find place to eat, I just couldn't.
Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable
Wish there was a complimenary breakfast.
Not much! It is relatively convenient to downtown and airport.
The bed was HORRIBLE! I did not get a decent night's sleep n the two nights I was there. It seemed old and the mattress had a dip in it that kept me from getting comfortable. TV and fridge were unplugged and furniture was too heavy to move.
This was the first time we used priceline.com. We enjoyed the hotel and staff was very pleasant. The location was very easy to find.
Did not care being on the first floor with sliding glass doors.
air conditioner was poor. room was to hot. needs to be updated.
Very clean and very comfortable bed
No fan in the bathroom - that's a must! No complimentary coffee in public space. Room coffee was awful.
The receptionist was very unhelpful.....the hotel was mostly empty on a Sunday evening, and she refused to give me a kingside bed room
Very secure hotel (all rooms are in sealed corridors), and all external doors require key cards. The pool is also located in an internal courtyard.
Key cards were continuously failing (had to have cards reactivated 3 times); the staff blamed me for keeping them too close to my cell phone -- amazing since 2 of 3 the cards were in my wallet, in my back pocket.
The staff was greatand very attentive.
We were not told that the jacuzzi and pool were 'out of order' and that was a big disappointment. Also, there was no complimentary coffee in the mornings...probably the first courtyard I've ever been to that does not offer coffee.
Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.
Fitness center not too well equipped. Not so much as even coffee available in lobby. You will pay for everything.
The room should have been rated at the highest a 2.5 star.
A three star hotel and no coffee, nor any type of breakfast sort of upset my feelings. They had a bistro but you needed to purchase anything from that.
Super friendly staff and willing to change my reservation from king bed to 2 queen beds.
YES. A major disruption on 3-9-13,9:15 AM to 12:15 PM in the room adjoining me. Screaming, profanities, slamming doors, banging on walls, threats of violence, between 2 african americans. I was petrified to leave room or call the desk. Ruined my visit.
Double beds and fridge
In convenient 3rd floor access, insuffient bathroom counter space, no complementary tea bags, no functioning jacuzzi, inconvenient eating arrangements, ackward searing, and lousy breakfast bar-more like coffe house, instead of basic toast, eggs, oatmeal.
