When it came time for the rental , they said they did not have a car for me. When I asked why they had not called to let me know, they said they did not have my telephone number despite the fact that I could not have cosed out the reservation page without providing a phone #.So much for my trip.Cons:

I did not like anything because I had to wait for ever. I did not like rental place because I was dissatisfied with vehicle that was given to me. If I had wanted and SUV I would have requested one.Cons:

The staff did not document my extensions on my rental when I called on 11/25 @10:36am. Customer service is a joke the actual location put me on hold and never came back eventually they just let the phone ringCons:

Once the regional manager took action, the rest of the process was pretty much flawless. But of course it should never have come to that.Cons:
Arrived and no cars were available, and with no advance notice. I was not the only one, either. I was offered no options whatsoever until I involved a regional manager, after which they were finally able to pick up a car from another location, after a delay.Avis

I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. No cars available to honor reservation. I did receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reserved pick up time notifying me of the situation. Not much help when you need a car though. No attempt to help me secure a rental with another company, no assistance at all.2.0 Poor

Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again.
