Pros:Great location that is a short drive to Pismo or a nice walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the manager? was a super nice guy and very helpful.
Cons:Overall the room was in serious need of repair/cleaning. Very few accessible electrical outlets and the one you could get to felt like you were going to push into the wall when you plugged something in. The walls were stained, heater rattled so loud you couldn't hear the TV. Missing tile in the bathroom and hole in lamp shade. The best part was the hole in the ceiling above the shower that actually dripped water and derbies when the room above was using their shower. Of course we're not expecting turn down service and a 5 start hotel but I would expect for the owners to keep up with general maintenance and repair of their property. Given the location and the popularity of the destination there is no shortage of patrons which is probably why there isn’t any change. Also a little sketchy that they write your CC number down on a piece of paper at check-in as your “security deposit” for incidentals.

Pros:It was very quiet. I called to let them know I would be a late ✔ in, and the front desk person was kind and once I arrived she acknowledged and patiently checked me in. Very nice staff.
