Great staff. Felt very welcome. Quiet and cozy
Great hotel and the beds were extremely comfortable!!!!!
They didn't offer any type of meat selection at breakfast
I liked the size of the suites and the location.
The kitchen and the quiet rooms.
I enjoyed the mini kitchen and the space of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to other friends. I know where I will be staying next time.
Dog friendly; great location
Breakfast was bad.. no bacon, eggs, or sasauge.... carb overload.
This hotel was like a home away from home. It was everything we expected.we checked a lot of hotels in the New Orleans area some with higher star ratings and none could compare.
we were very pleased with this hotel. There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel.
The room was very spacious and would be great for a longer stay. We had several family members also staying in the hotel, so the extra room was nice for gathering together. The location was great - easy to reach and close to our event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they appeared to be short-handed or having difficulty with the key card machine. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes for each guest to be checked in.
Friendly staff and they recommended excellent restaurants in the area. An unusual set up of entering hotel. Traveling alone liked the security set up with consistently using key card to enter. Breakfast was free but very basic for something quick. K
Hard to enter the hotel by doing a u turn.
Had a comfortable room. could see upon entering the room was neat and clean. I noted the grounds were well groomed and there is pride in giving the buildings and grounds good eye appeal.
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The suites were nice and large, and the kitchenettes were a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable as well. The only downside was that it was a little far from downtown New Orleans.
My husband, two kids, our dog and I stayed at TownePlace Suites New Orleans Metairie to go to take the Cajun Pride Swamp Tour. My husband is in the military, so they gave us a special rate for our hotel room which was great. Our suite had plenty of room for the four of us and was really clean. The first thing I noticed was the kitchen because with two kids that are always hungry, I always have to be prepared. It even had a dishwasher! The beds were also really comfortable and felt great after a long day out. The kids really enjoyed the pool which had a really great view of the area. We all had a great time at the Cajun Pride Swamp Tour and will definitely be back to stay at this hotel again next year.
