Pros:Loved he pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable.
Cons:Had to download Kayak and book a room in their lobby because they doubled the price if you check in in person. Smoking rooms look grungy with stained sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

Pros:The location was okay ... just a pit stop for us on the highway.
Cons:Check-in staff sent us to the wrong part of the hotel so we had to cross back and forth a few times while carrying our luggage. Room was outdated with 80s mauve hot tub next to the bed. The pillows were lumpy, hot, foam chunks and the lighting in the room and bathroom were on motion sensors so every time we moved in our sleep, the room light went on and woke us up. One of the worst night's sleep I've ever had.

Cons:I had booked a king room for my husband, my son and I to stay in for 2 nights. I called 3 hours prior to our arrival to make sure everything was set and the man confirmed it was. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that there were "unforseen maintenance issues" and they wanted to give me a queen room instead. It was clear due to the extreme over flow in the parking lot that our room was given away. It was then suggested that my son sleep on the FLOOR because a cot would be a fire hazard. The next night, a guest of the hotel walked into our room at 930 at night because someone had checked us out at the front desk and the room showed add available. At checkout, I voiced all of these concerns with the manager who was less than accommodating and didn't seem to care and seemed annoyed that I was taking time out of her day to speak with her

Pros:Good interior design of rooms, bed was comfy.
Cons:Staff mix-up caused us to have to move to new room (smoking issue); young fellow seemed shocked that I recruited him to help carry our stuff after he failed to volunteer! I know this is a pretty cheap hotel, but this is still the service industry! Non-HD cable Paper-thin walls - neighbor coughed and it sounded like they were in the closet, not the next room Free breakfast was disgusting - scrambled eggs were made from dry mix, not real eggs. Sausage was so fatty as to be squishy - mostly artificial. Worst coffee I have ever tasted. Avoid at all costs; no, it's worse than that - run for your llves!

Cons:Hotel almost double charged for my stay. Reservation was made through third party. At check in it took a little while to find my reservation. New employee working the front desk. Leaving next morning I decided it would be a good idea to check out, good thing. I noticed a charge against my card, I questioned it and came to find that the front desk charged for room when it was already paid for. Had it straightened out, and continued on my trip. Will check later with card that charge was in fact removed.
