early and late hours for the pool! Service was excellent in the dining area, especially breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room door did not lock properly. Maintenance came to fix, but noticed it would still open after being locked if you pushed hard enough.

NO ICE MACHINES ON FLOORS!!! What 3 1/2 star hotel makes you call the front desk for ice??? None I have ever stayed in. Website says 'aquafresh toothpaste' and none at all in room...not a big deal but be true to your advertisement. Also only 2 towels.The heater in the room must be very old as it was pretty loud every time it kicked on. The hair dryer was nearly broken...came apart in 2 places...when I was checking out I waited about 8 minutes to tell the front desk about the fire hazard and the person was on the phone for the entire time so I just left.
The room was spacious and clean. Beds were heavenly. Decor understated and lovely. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. I loved it.
Honestly, nothing. One of the best stays I've ever had.Outstanding. Superb service. Beautiful facility. Plush bed and fabulous shower. Not one complaint here. I will stay here any chance I get.

Common areas & the service level was outstanding
Not that wasn't correctedI travel about 250 room nights a year. I have stayed at this property probably 15 times in last 5 years. Something is going on here that has moved this in to a new category. Always had a commitment to a level of service but now the critical element of execution has made this a hotel I will seek to stay at in future. Property has reached a level of employee buy in that makes it possible to be a premier business hotel. Don't miss restaurant chef Ben roams the floor to insure all is good. A young guy who seems eager to try new things...ask him to make you something special. Always fun to find out what chef is passionate about my Italian dish was amazing & right on to what I described I was looking for.
I thought the hotel staff was friendly and efficient.
I can not think of anything specific that I did not like about the hotel. Very good value for the money I paid.I thought the hotel was very accurate in the description. It was close to the LIE and had a very pretty view of the golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
