I was not able to go due to the weather and I contacted the travel company and they are not working with me . They still charged me and it was an act of Mother Nature the we have no control over . Very disappointed in Kayak . Plus the price of the hotel was $200.00 and on the 19 September they dropped the price down to the $90 something pricing range. Boy let me tell you Henrietta Best Western is price gouging .
Pros:Nice, quiet, clean rooms. Good value for the money.
Cons:Breakfast was okay, but not great. The indoor "heated" pool was really cold.
