Cons:The price was a rip off. The price was more than double what was quoter online.
Pros:The car was in good shape
Cons:Customer service was horrible. 40 minutes to check out a car. they wouldn't let me take the car unless i signed blank credit card forms (no amount in them). originally quoted $40 but ended up paying $205 with fees.
Pros:They provided me with a free upgrade for being a past customer. They suggested the wifi hotspot to help me navigate anywhere I needed to go, even told me about a really good navigation app that was ten million times better than the gps i had rented last time.
Cons:The insurance I bought when I booked it on kaytak, they didnt accept. So i still ended up paying almost $400 for the car rental when I had originally paid approximately $150 when i booked it.

Cons:There were all kinds of hider. Fees that were not disclosed at rental time. I was quoted $100, but they tried to charge $700 when I checked in. In the end had to pay more than $400. The service was slow and inefficient.
Cons:The mendetory insurance was added at the airport and we not listed when we reserved the car. We ended up paying +100%

Cons:IAt booking I was not told that I would have to pay more than $280 for one week of insurance. I found out about extra cost upon arrival in Panama at 1AM. The 3rd party insurance I bought at booking was not accepted so I lost that money. I declined the overpriced local 3rd party insurance since my credit card offers rental insurance, they would not accept my credit card insurance coverage either so I was forced to not rent the car. I had made plans for this trip with the expectation that I would have a car to get around Panama, all my plans were derailed.
Pros:They did not have a single car to honor my reservation
Cons:Synchronize the Kayak reservations with the internal system. So that they don’t offer for lease what they don’t have
Pros:The price was very different to what it was advertised. They wanted me to buy their insurance and didn't allowed me to use my cc insurance because their policies indicated that any suv car must have full insurance coverage. I had to rent a different car which it was fine the quote on line was $92 for 7 days they charged me $ 298.

Cons:Everything...according to hertz Panama the global insurance I purchased thru kayak is not valid over there and they wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts of money just to rent a vehicle for 2-3 days. I'm disgusted!
