Pros:Location was very close to out hotel and rep was very kind and courteous.
Cons:Small snafu with reservation and many calls later to resolve. It seemed that everyone would tell us a new number to call and no one really knew what to do. Also, the after hours drop off process was very vague. There was not signs indicating what was specific for AFTER HOURS - so I wasn't sure if what I was doing was the correct process and had to walk from the parking garage to inside the airport at the desk to drop my key. Which was not a huge deal but I was confused whether or not I was following correct procedures. Key drop should be at the kiosk in the parking lot.
Cons:Only negative was Hertz employee in Panama City. I considered him rude and unfriendly. He offered no help, explaining fuel options or anything else. At the end, he just handed me a key and said to take the one at the far end.
