Pros:Good customer service. Good location
Cons:Car wasn't clean properly. It had a bad smell.
Cons:Pick up and drop off very difficult. Hard to find. Took 55 minutes to return.
Pros:Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Cons:Price to fill upon return was 3.5 times the price of gas!! Was told when I rented the car that there is a station upon entry back into the airport, this was not true. I only used 1/8 of a tank and had to pay almost $50 to top up because of the misinformation. It made this rental a bad deal!

Cons:Booked carseat. They didn't have that in their system. I was charged 13.99 per day for a rental. Which I was under the impression was included in my original booking. When I expressed my concerns for over the cost considering I could have brought my own for free. I was told thatbit was up to me if I wanted the rental and didn't need to take it. When at the airport with a tired 3 year old... what exactly am I supposed to do without a carseat. I did not have a choice and I am not impressed with how it was handled.

Pros:They offer me different drop off (Airport) with no extera charge
Cons:I book a large car, what they offer me was a Kia Optima (red color), no more choice, at the end I took a Passat wich is intermediate car, has no option, old with over 36 K on it !!

Cons:Felt KIA was under-powered and not very comfortable, as car did not have a GPS would have appreciated some initial maps
