There honestly was nothing to like about the whole experience with this hotel.
In spite of having a kitchenette in the room, which was the main draw for staying, the hotel has been bought out by a different company and no longer offers dishes or pots and pans or anything. There was only a single mug in the room and no other dishware
Let's just go with this...I've travelled all over the world. I've stayed in many levels of hotels, motels, pensione, etc., you name it. Places that were really old and worn, but welcoming and CLEAN! This was the most disgusting place I have EVER seen.
Pealing, cracked, missing linoleum.( really? Who has linoleum in a room?). Carpeting looked like there had been a murder; ten years ago? Filthy! Supposed to be extended stay? 2 plates in the cupboards. No cups, glasses, flatware. Draperies torn. ETC!
The location...MAIN STREET...where everything is
When I arrived to check into my room. The front desk rep assigned me a room that someone else was staying in (OCCUPIED). Finally after 3 rooms...finally checked in and the TV and Telephone did not work AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!
price, location OK, big room
no breakfast, no one cleaned the room, no blanket. fridge was loudno one came to desk to check me outno coffee was made avl.no coffee in rooms either
Hotel was conveniently located near stores and shopping centers.Dislikes: 1st rm had a broken bed, was given 15 minutes to return to rm get my things sprint across hotel to new rm, I walked in on a woman and her 2 small children. 3rd rm, empty but used.
Finallly after an hour of cross country training, was given a decent rm but there was no phone in rm, simply to tired and at 4 am finally in bed to sleep. Had to walk to front desk to use phone to call clerk to get code for Wifi. No refund or credit issue
Based upon price hotel is OK - as expected..
Elevator was out of order during part of our stay.
Had to wait for reservations to show up on hotel computer...20 min before I could check in.
Nothing remarkable. It is affordable for its price, no huge mishaps such as bugs or anything like that, but no champagne service either. Wake up phone call did not work, glad I used my cell phone as back up, otherwise I would have missed my job interview.
nothing unremarkable, but the bathing soap is highly scented and very caustic to the skin. It got my skin all discolored for hours and I had severe reaction to the soap. Anyway, I think it is a decent place overall.
I loved it and will always stay with them
There were nothing I didn't like
We didn't like anything about the hotel
There were roaches; two in the tub and one crawling up the wall near the bed.
The room had a nice size bed.
The room was small. The bathroom tub sounded like I was about to fall through. Every time I moved in the shower the tub would make loud noises and also the drain was stopped up or something because the water covered my feet.
There was nothing that I liked about the hotel.
It smelled heavily of smoke. The room was filthy. The surfaces were dirty, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it, the curtains were falling off the window. I had to go out and buy lysol wipes, lysol spray, and a blanket. It was horrible.
Close to the University
lack of sheets + no daily room cleaning
Friendly staff, how the room was set up with the kitchen
The sheets had old stains, how the curtain wouldn't closed all the way,sun light n the moon light shined in the room, they didn't not come to clean my room the three days I was there
CLEAN AND QUIET
SOFA BROKEN AND NOT WORKING. DOOR NOT FLUSH WITH FRAME AND COULD HEAR ALL NOISE IN HALLWAY
Was unable to stay due to unsafe environment . Arrived to find cops on site. Looked like we had driven to section 8 housing project.
It was a terrible room, should not be advertised as a double suite, very misleading.
It was convenient and low priced. It comes with a kitchen and pots and panda and some dishes.
The place is a mess. People just sit outside and loiter. They all look homeless. Everyone stares at you when you walk in. The room itself was dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced the curtains and bed need to be replaced.
The rate was unbeatable for a two bed suite.
Rooms are way overdue for an upgrade. Friendly staff seemed very overwhelmed and short staffed. Rooms where missing a phone. Had to walk down to front desk for room issues.
Staff, cleanliness, condition of room. Went to check in and asked for a bathroom. Front desk person pointed me to one. Came out a minute or two later to check in and he was gone. He walked across the street to go order and pick up dinner. 15 min later.
Cleanliness was poor
People standing and sitting drinking outside.
It was close to where I wanted to be..
This hotel looked and smelled old. Needs to be remodeled but for the price and what I needed , i old stay again.
nice place. good for the price. 2nd time ive stayed there. 15 minutes to bowmen grey speedway. lots of shopping and food nearby some you can walk to.
