Staff were extremely helpful and politeRooms were clean staff helpful and polite I had no problems to think of
The hotel decor was nice, and it had an updated rug, nice flat screen TV, and a decent breakfast.
The problem was we reserved 2 non smoking rooms. The rooms were defiantly smoking rooms...both of them, and it wasn't just a time or two someone smoking. It was overwhelming. The front desk said sorry about that. Not a good night.Clothes even smelled. It was a clean hotel, and had been up dated with paint and rugs. The hotel is in an out of the way location. but it was okay. The breakfast was descent..had hot items. Just make sure your room is non smoking because it is heavy. Beds aren't the best, but okay.
Front Desk Guest Services
1st floor room dended to be damp inside from the excessive rainHotel Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast Bar was adequate.
The things I liked most about the hotel were the cleanliness and how friendly and helpful the staff was.
The only negative was the size of our bed. I am a little over 6¿3¿. The bed was a little small for me.Our overall experience was very good. It surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Also the location is fairly close to where our daughter lives. The next time we are in Hinesville we will definitely stay at the Best Western Fort Stewart again.
The staff was great. I had a check in problem that was a Priceline problem. Priceline pays for the rooms with their own credit cards. The particular card they used was declined so it took about 45 minutes to check in. This was not the hotel or my fault.
The front desk help did her best to get me a room. For some reason priceline didnt send over my reservation. So I was at this hotel with my wife for 1hour & a half without a room. The worst experience n my, not being able to get what you have paid for.
The hotel smelled & beds were small. So overall im debating on not using priceline ever again. The that customer service act as if they didn't care. No one offered any type of compensation for the embarrassment I went through. Its like I was just there literally bombing for a room that I have prepaid for. So if I can't get any type of coupon worth something I will not use priceline again & will not telling bragging to my friends either. It was to the point where I told my wife lets drive home, priceline can have the money. But the front desk person kept saying im gone get u a room. This is the first survey I have ever done, I hope the right people see this. So they can work on the customer service pe...
location was great
One of the beds had a urine smell. Had to throw towels over the bed to cover smell.Check the smell of your bed
staff not friendly at all.never spoke to us when passing through the lobby, no maid service for the three day stay, started cleaning up breakfast items 10 minutes prior to posted closing timelocation was only positive. the staff didn't seem to care about our satisfaction and never engaged in conversation or even a general ' how is everything' I stay in Hinseville regularly and will spend the extra $20 for superior service at the holiday inn express!
Staff was great- very helpful. Breakfast was very good and consistent quality. The staff kept the breakfast open longer than advertised, which helped on one lazy, late morning.
Beds (double room) was less comfortable than the single room. We booked 2 rooms and the finicky sleepers stayed in the single room and were very happy with the bed.Take advantage of the included breakfast. They provided waffles, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. It was a good way to start the day. Ranger Joes is right next door and the base is close by. There is plenty of available parking. The rooms are not very well sound insulated.
