Great service. Clean room. Unexpected find in Hobbs
Staff definitely excellent. Breakfast delectable. Only problem was reserved 2 queen but got one king but the couch did fold out. But it wasn't very comfortable.
The fold out couch had a bar going through the middle of the mattress. Overall hotel was great.
We loved how clean and quiet the hotel was. Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, the hotel as a whole was very clean, and breakfast was great.
The only thing bad was there was an odor right at the entrance every time we walked in through the front doors we smelled it. Other than that we had a great experience there.
The Hotel is clean, and wifi works good.
I had to get my room changed 3 times before I got a room with a bath tub. The lady at check in was new, and not well trained. The hot tub was out of order. They had not hash brown patatos at breakfast and the orange juice was watered down.
Loved that it was a complete non-smoking hotel! Made it smell so much better than other places.
Breakfast could have been a little better. They were out of coffee by 8:45 with no replacing. Boo :(
The staff was very friendly and quite helpful.
Breakfast, room condition, staffs.
I liked everything.
Quailty of room, public spaces, staff, and breakfast.
Our room, #104 was next to the fitness center. And we could hear the door slamming frequently and the TV on in the fitness center.
Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Lots of furniture. Close to casino.
Shower head not detachable. Wash cloth was rough. Small desk with lap convenient but too close to AC. No parking for senior citizens. No shower chair or mat.
It was clean the staff was very nice and great location
The living room with a sofa bed was a great help with my crazy 4yr old son, and his wildness as he sleeps! The bed room was amazing!
Nothing at all
They still have my deposit for the room although I never had any charges while there. According to my bank, this should process as quickly as a charge does which is almost instaneous.
Breakfast bar and the stafee
water pressure was horrible.
I stayed in a king suite, which was fine. The desk faced away from the tv, which was a bit unusual, the shower had no tub, and the closet was extremely cramped. Also, the climate control was weird. It was early spring, and the unit would cool me down to 71 degrees during the day, and heat me up to the same temperature at night. I
Location was good, it was clean and smelled good. Staff was courteous, professional.
Room had only a shower, no tub. Was not apprised of this in hotel description, nor when I checked in.
Almost all hotels in the Permian Basin area are well below average. The Fairfield/Hobbs is just outstanding. I stayed five nights in a King Studio Suite and it was outstanding. 32' LCD TVs in the living area and sleeping area, everything was clean, the bed and pillows smelled good and were comfortable. The staff was even pleasant (hard to find in this area!). My lodging for future trips in this area (and elsewhere) will be a no-brainer. Beats the hell out of Holiday Inn Express, which is subpar in Hobbs. Oh, and Applebee's is right next door. Show your room key for 10% off food (not off of alcohol, though, apparently).
