Good location, refrigerators and microwaves in the room are convenient. Free parking.
We checked in, went to dinner and when we returned the elevators had signs indicating that they were not working. We assumed that it would be temporary and were glad that we had already brought our bags up to our 5th floor room. When we got to the 5th floor, there were absolutely no lights on in the hall and it was totally dark. Using our phones we found our way to our room where the lights also didn't work and the water was just a trickle out of the faucet, but the air conditioner did. Confused, I phoned the front desk and was told that there was a lightning strike and we should have electricity by 10 pm. Around 4:30 am we had electricity again. When we awoke at 7 am there was no electricity, water or a/c. When I called the front desk I was told that the truck had knocked the electricity out but it should be back up shortly. We waited for the electricity so that we could shower and leave. A good thing we didn't need to catch a flight. Had to walk our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. No one apologized for the inconveniences or offered a refund. Not one person.
The personnel was very helpful when we had to make an emergency fax. Thanks!!
The hot water in our bathroom took a very long time to get hot!
