Hot free breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, comfortable bed, free wi-fi, nice TV & cable, coffee, hair dryer, nice shower. Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff.
All doors except lobby are bolted at 10 PM so the only way in at night is through the lobby where the parking is limited.
Not much,lousy breakfast
Entry doors unlocked all day, anyone could hide in the building
The bed was dirty.
We both got throat pain... room was full of dust
The location was perfect. The staff was at best adequate.
The accommodations were shabby and poorly maintained. No refrigerator, no microwave, my washcloth disintegrated as I used it. The furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Poor security. Exit doors were not locked at 10:00pm as stated.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Shower was good. Breakfast was good, though very crowded.
Beds were extremely hard. Bathroom was tiny. Cleaning ladies were very unfriendly.
Good value for the price.
Waffles for breakfast and pool
No fridge or microwave
The price was equal to the accommodations
Mattress was hard as rock
The breakfast and pool area were very nice.
The hot tub was over chlorinated. It was not possible to sit in it.

CANT USE BACK DOOR TO GET INTO YOUR ROOM AFTER 10PM USE FRONT ENTRANCE. TOOK A LONG WALK

Slight smokey smell in the room, but other than that it was fine.
The staff was very polite and accommodating
Upon entering our room for the first time, there was a noticeable perfume-y smell. However, as we came and went front the room during our stay, we realized the spray must've been sprayed heavily to cover up a terrible smokey smell.
The breakfast was good. Hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold.
There was no sign on back side door that said key card does not work after 10pm.
free breakfast included in room rate
Hot tub needed work. the water was green-like. Needed more clorean
NO SMOKING? The room must have been smoking if the guests are not allowed to! Hard to navigate the main corridor in the morning with all the housekeeping carts strewn about. If checkout is 11:00, start cleaning until after 11:00!
No elevator!! Staff double charged me! Rooms old and in desperate need of updating. Hallways dark...lights out...wall paper torn.
The manger and girl working the counter at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful especially when computers were messing up on them. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We did need an roll a way bed (at an additional fee) which was not comfortable at all, ended up not using it. We arrived for breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end and some items were out when asking person taking care of area about it his initial reaction was its almost over and not worth refilling. With persuasion he did bring an little more out. Always had fresh coffee in lobby area.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the Quality Inn in Grand Rapids. The room smelled bad, the carpet was wet from the window to the bed. I don't mean damp, it was wet! When we called the desk to inform them the young man explained that it was okay, it was just free-on from the air conditioner. The room was hot and took almost the entire stay to cool the room off to a comfortable temperature. They advertised a hot breakfast that consisted of little more than instant oatmeal and bread to toast and Belgian waffles that you make yourself. If we were planning on staying longer than one night I would have requested a change of stay.
