Fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. Great location, good value for money. Large apartments with everything necessary in the kitchen. Very good location: close to bus and ferry station, many cafes and shops. Very quite area. Perfect Wi-Fi. Room is really comfortable, close to all the facilities in Kadıköy center, very nice and professional customer approach. Helpful staff, really made the stay pleasant. Location is excellent Near to ferries Ok. Very friendly owner and very nice location. Is safe for female solo traveler. Room was lovely, had all the amenities in it. Very close to all types of transport. Property is walking distance to the main square. The reception staff are very helpful. Perfect location. Friendly staff. The apartment was conveniently located. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were friendly, and they allowed me a later checkout as my flight was leaving late afternoon. Easily accessible. Everything was great about the property. Staff was extremely friendly, they were always very helpful about anything we needed for us or for our kids. Nice area, very helpful staff, good internet. Clean, good staff, private, wifi. Reception was available. comfortable suites, with large kitchens and seating areas - air conditioning worked well. Situation close to the front in Kadikoy was great, and with numerous bars and restaurants close by we chose not to self cater. Very good value for stopping in Istanbul - and taking the short boat ride across to the sites on the European side is always a pleasure.

You could really hear your neighbour. No soundproofing so noisy from the street below. You could hear the neighbors. Poor breakfast. Everything was ok, but the room was bit dark becoz only one lighting at the main hall. Heater was not working although I ve reported to the reception. Hot water could of been a bit hotter. Shower is not working well, needs adjustment. Noise from street. Windows are not sealed. Lighting needs upgrading. Most of the staff did not understand English very well, which made it difficult to ask for details of different things. The description of the apartment included breakfast onsite, however I was told they hadn't been doing that since covid. The house needs a microwave. You can keep more cups for coffee. A grater for cheese or vegetables is needed. Proper sharp knives will be useful in the house especially because it is self catering. aparts need a bit of renovation. Obviously a refurbished rental apartment, the renovations were quite poorly finished, e.g. bathroom tiles cracked and not grouted properly, allowing the shower to leak. Linen was provided only after we asked for it, and for some reason the bed and couch were uncomfortably firm. While advertised as "wheelchair accessible", there were tall steps at the front door and in the lobby, before we could access the minuscule lift that did not fit a wheelchair (luckily ours folds up). Not all the services advertised on the website are available. It would be nice to have more electricity inlets in the room. Lobby is a bit dark. Not giving a welcoming first look. Rather poor English communication. Wifi disconnects automatically but generally it is not a big issue for us. The room looks cheap and the noise is transparent. In my apartment I can hear the people speaks when I go to the bathroom. The windows are pretty thin and we had a noisy neighbor in the first night. Also not lots of transportation if you are coming from the European sides late at night but during the day it's close to boat, metro and bus. The main door was problematic. Kinda not closing properly. Also the balcony door wasn't closing. The bathtub was leaking. First night we stayed there was a lot of voice from other apartments. Also the smell from kitchen was coming at night it was Hard to sleep. The room did not have air conditioning. The area is central next to port but very very ugly. The room was smelly and the bed/ extensible sofa for our kids wasn't made. The parking is not free. The bathroom was messy and smell bad. very small room and beds are very uncomfortable.
